Welcome back to Primary 7! We hope you all had a lovely summer.

This year is a super exciting time for our Primary 7s, where they will begin the preparations for transitioning to secondary school, alongside enjoying all the fun and exciting opportunities that P7s experience.

This term has been a busy one already, with Primary 7s having the opportunity to elect themselves for leadership roles, including House Captains, Sports Captains and Digital Leaders. We have been very impressed with children’s confidence and are super proud of each and every one of them who have applied for a leadership role. The children will hear very soon who has been successful with this!

Our context this term is Food and Drink, with a focus on exploring foods around the world. It would be great if you could talk about this at home with your child or if you have any skills or experience within the food industry, we would love to hear from you! Alongside this, we will be researching the importance of having a healthy balanced diet and the impact this has on our nutrition and energy levels.
