Latecomers, Appointments and End of Day Arrangements

To support and monitor lateness, we have made slight changes to our systems for latecomers at the start of the day and children who are not collected at 3pm. 

9.05am Late Arrivals

Gates to our playground will be locked from 9.05am.  If pupils arrive to school late, we ask that you contact the school office on 01738 472323 and a member of staff will come to the gate to let your child in.  Please note this will not be immediately and might require a period of wait time.

Appointments

If children have an appointment, please inform office staff and class teachers as soon as possible. Children will be collected from the main office.

Late Pick Ups 3.05pm

Gates will be locked by staff at 3.05pm. This is following on from recent incidents of vandalism when gates have been left open after school.  If you arrive and the gates are locked, please head to the main entrance on Gillespie Place and your child will be waiting in the main foyer.

After School Clubs

Staff will have keys to let pupils leave from their normal gate at the end of After School Clubs.
